Amarel US Privacy Policy

Who we are

This policy explains how Amarel US, LLC (“Amarel,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information. It applies to amarel-us.com, our listings on Microsoft AppSource and Azure Marketplace (including Howix and Quanos SIS.one), and our sales and support communications.

Amarel is an authorized sales partner of Quanos Solutions GmbH. We sell our products and services to businesses, not to consumers.

Information we collect

We collect only the business contact information needed to respond to you and serve your organization.

• Information you give us:

  name, job title, company, business email, phone number, country, and the content of your message, when you fill in a contact form, request a demo, or email or call us.

• Marketplace leads:

  when you click “Contact me” on one of our Microsoft marketplace listings, Microsoft shares your name, company, email, phone, country and the offer you asked about, with your consent.

• Customer and support information:

  account contacts, support tickets and correspondence when you become a customer.

• Website usage data:

  IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies. We use Google Analytics for this; you can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, such as health or financial account data.

How we use and share information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, run our business relationship with you, and improve our website. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use it to:

• respond to questions, demo requests and marketplace leads
• provide, implement and support our products and services
• send business updates you can opt out of at any time
• keep our website secure and understand how it is used
• meet legal, accounting and contractual obligations

We share it only with:

• Quanos Solutions GmbH

  , when needed to quote, license or support Quanos products you ask about

• Microsoft

  , as part of the marketplace programs we take part in

• Service providers

  that host our website, CRM and email on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of the data

• Authorities or advisers

  , when the law requires it or to protect our rights

• A successor company

  , if Amarel is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets

Retention, security and international transfers

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Leads that don’t become customers are deleted or anonymized after 24 months; customer records follow our contract and legal retention periods.

We protect information with access controls, encryption in transit and reputable hosting providers. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Amarel operates in the United States and Israel, and Quanos is based in Germany. Your information may be processed in any of these countries. When we transfer data out of the European Economic Area or the UK, we rely on adequacy decisions (Israel holds one from the European Commission) or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to stop using it for marketing. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights:

• US state residents (e.g. California):

  the right to know, delete and correct information, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.

• EEA, UK and Israel residents:

  the right to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. Our legal bases are your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, and performing our contracts.

To make a request, email info-us@amarel-us.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the time the law requires. Every marketing email also has an unsubscribe link.

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may affect how parts of the site work.

Children

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect children’s information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date.
