The Role

Amarel US seeks a Marketing Manager who will be instrumental in developing and executing our marketing strategies, with a focus on creating actionable Sales opportunities by educating the market, promoting our service offerings, and enhancing our brand visibility. You will lead the creation of impactful marketing campaigns, create sustainable and scalable lead generation, and work closely with various internal departments to align our marketing initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • GTM Strategy Development: Design and implement marketing strategies to confirm our ICP, educate the target market(s), promote our services, and attract new clients.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, social media, and outbound activities.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and understand the competitive landscape. Use this data to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content that highlights the value of our services. Collaborate with internal and external designers, writers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key marketing metrics and KPIs. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, customer service, and product teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with service offerings and company goals.

What You Bring

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, particularly in IT, services sector, or related industries,
  • Proven track record of successful campaign management and quantifiable lead generation.

 

Salary Range: $85,000-$100,000 per year + bonuses

Job location: Remote; Hybrid Options Available for NY/NJ area
