The Role

As the Project Manager, you will lead and oversee the end-to-end project management process, ensuring seamless coordination between various teams and stakeholders. You will be responsible for maintaining a strong client relationship, managing project timelines, resources, and budgets, and driving the successful implementation of projects. Your exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop and revise project plans, milestones, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative project environment that encourages teamwork and creativity.
  • Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for the client and our partners, building and nurturing strong relationships based on trust and open communication.
  • Regularly communicate project progress, updates, and any potential challenges to clients, seeking feedback and addressing concerns proactively.
  • Lead the training and onboarding of both internal team members and clients, ensuring everyone is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Direct the implementation team’s work procedures to meet client-specific needs, including working hours, dress code, shift changes, and work ethics, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Establish efficient knowledge management and documentation procedures, promoting best practices and lessons learned for future projects.
  • Establish and retain a resourceful System Integrator project team who can address all aspects of the project scope and produce the required deliverables.

What You Bring

  • A proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects in operation.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, including leading cross-functional teams and client engagements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to challenges.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements and maintain a high level of adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
